So, you thought the new Virginia Civil Remedial Fees were over the top (Read the Code HERE), you should take a look at the new “Who’s Ya Daddy Law”. The first is simply unfucking real, but the second just seems silly.

Ok, I could go on and on about the remedial fees (like $1000 fines for not using your turn signal, and the fact that it only applies to Virginia residents to raise money for roads). But I’m not. Just read the code.

Now the latest shit burger from Richmond is this “Who’s ya daddy?” law. This one is pure fucktard gold. Here’s a decent article from my local paper on the subject (Read the decent article) I think the best line from it is this:

Never mind that fornication — sex between unmarried adults — is a misdemeanor in Virginia. So I guess by asking men to register, the state is also asking them to cop to a crime — rarely enforced, but nonetheless, a crime.

Unfucking real. I hate Virginia. So if you’re a virginia resident, don’t forget to obey all vehicular laws, and if you’re getting some head, don’t forget to register with DSS. It’s the law.
